Tilt ("we", "our", "us") operates the Tilt mobile application. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Tilt:
- Account information: email address, display name, and avatar selection provided during sign-up
- Authentication data: tokens from Apple Sign In or Google Sign In (we do not store your password)
- Game data: games you create or join, buy-ins, cashouts, rebuys, and settlement records
- Purchase history: Game Ticket purchases made through in-app purchases
- Device information: push notification tokens for delivering game notifications
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate the Tilt service (creating games, tracking settlements, processing tickets)
- To send push notifications about game activity (buy-ins, rebuys, game status)
- To process in-app purchases and credit Game Tickets to your account
- To display your profile to other players in games you join
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Tilt:
- Cloud database provider: data hosting and user authentication
- Payment processing provider: in-app purchase processing and ticket management
- Push notification provider: notification delivery to your device
- Apple / Google: authentication via Sign In with Apple and Google Sign In
These services process data according to their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. Your game data is only visible to other players in games you participate in.
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your account and game data for as long as your account is active.
To delete your account and all associated data:
- In-app: open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, profile, and all your game and settlement data.
- By email: if you cannot access the app, email us at omriohayon9@gmail.com from the address tied to your account and we will process the deletion within 30 days.
Some records may be retained in encrypted backups for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are permanently purged.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Opt out of push notifications via your device settings
7. Children's Privacy
Tilt is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
